Let your kids smash into each other with these simple toys.

What kid doesn’t love to smash into their sibling - sure, most of the time they are looking to hit them or be mean in some way, but not many kids are going to complain if you give them free reign to smash into their sibling at their will. Of course, they are going to have a big bubble surrounding them that keeps them from actually touching or hitting their sibling, but those are just minor details.

If you’ve ever seen these bumpers before, then you know that they look pretty funny when your child has them on. They make your child look like a colorful bumblebee or simply quite overweight. The kids don’t really care about that though, and it simply lets them run into each other and around and be a bit wild. When you’re having fun, you’re able to overlook some things that you might care about otherwise (not that kids usually care much about how they look anyways at a young age).

The bumpers are simple to use. You’ll need to blow them up which takes the most work. You’ll want to make sure they’re fully blown up and don’t have any holes in them. Once you’ve got them blown up, it’s easy for your child to get into them as they just slip on over the head. It’s basically like a shirt or dress that they can slip on and off quite easily. That makes these really convenient as it’s not complicated to get kids in and out of them.

Of course, these don’t allow your kids to be completely crazy while playing, just a little. Running into each other softly isn’t really a problem. When you get older kids in them though, you’ll want to make sure they’re not running full speed at each other. While the bubbles should hold up, it’s really easy for something else to go wrong when they’re running like that at each other - a hand in the other’s face, someone trips, or some other mishap.

In other words, the toys may give you or your child a false sense of safety. You can’t completely throw caution out the window when wearing these. However, they do keep most of the minor bumps and bruises from happening that you’d have without them. Kids aren’t actually smashing into each other, just into the other child’s bubble.

These are definitely an outside toy. If you’ve ever tried to walk around with something on yourself that doubles or triples your circumference, then you’ll realize that it’s hard to really judge your size. It’s too easy to bump into things that you don’t mean to, and if your kids are running around with these on, it’s even easier to accidentally bump into furniture, windows, or other items that can easily break.

While these aren’t really great for adults (as they're too small), you can still play with your younger child in them. Let your younger child chase after you in them, or you after them. You can also have them inside and roll the bumper around while they’re inside it. Just use your imagination of different ways that your child would enjoy playing with you while wearing them.

If you’re looking for a smashing good time, then definitely pick up the body bounce bumpers. You’ll have kids bumping into each other in no time.
